This week’s theme over at Anyone for Anya is “Good Enough to Eat”. Basically they would like you to create cards, using food combinations such as lemon & lime, coffee & cream, strawberries & cream etc. as inspiration. As I love blueberries regardless if in muffins, pies, cakes, yoghurt, ice cream or just natural, this was an easy choice for me.
Have I ever made this? “Nope.” Have I ever baked or made anything combining blueberries with lemon? “No, not that I can recall.” What about the lemons then? Well, ok I admit; I’m guilty as charged. I had to tweak it a bit so that I could take part in the Crafty Catz’ challenge; their theme for this week is Lilac & Lemon… 🙂
The sketch I followed is from Totally Gorjuss. Easy and simple, just like the sketch I used for my last card. However, that was a birthday card for a male, and this one’s for a female, so this time I could allow myself to splash out on the embellishments. 😛 Once again I used the sentiment stamp from Inkido. The stamp is from the Miss Anya Collection (The Greeting Farm). This is the first stamp out of the three that I’ve had a chance to use, and it was a difficult choice as all three are fab!
