Here’s a non-traditional Thank You card I made yesterday:
I say non-traditional because I’d usually not pick the color combination pink – brown- yellow, however the current Pollycraft challenge is to use pink and brown together with either yellow or green.
I’d probably have gone for green, but then I found a brand new challenge blog “Crafts & Me“, which wanted to see the color combo pink-brown-yellow, so I decided to give it a go. I found another fun challenge over at Create4Fun– “to make a card using only circles” that I also decided to take part in. At first I was going to use Sketch Saturday’s sketch, which this weeks consists of only circles, but when I was laying out the papers and the embellishments I had in mind, it just didn’t look right, so I went with Sweet Sketch Wednesday instead. For this card I’ve used my new adorable stamp from Lili of the Vally.
