Vintage Christmas

Hi, I’m back with another Christmas Card!

This one’s for someone very special, but as the person sometimes reads my blog, I better not reveal who it is…

I’ve been waiting for a chance to use the new embellishments I bought when we were in the US, so I decided to make a Vintage inspired card, so I could use these gorgeous Vintage Brads. Love them to bits; my only regret is that I only bought one pack…

I followed this week’s sketch from Allsorts, but at the end, when I was putting the card together, it felt as if there was red missing, so I added an extra sheet of paper (hope that is ok). All papers edges have been treated with my somewhat unsharp craft scissors (need to get that Tim Holtz paper distressing tool ASAP 🙂 ), and then I also went over them with distress ink.
