My cousin is turning 30 this month, so I wanted to make her a special birthday card. She quite likes pink and she’s obsessed with handbags, so those two ingredients were more or less pre-reqs for the card. 😉
I decided to use this fun Willow image from Whiff Of Joy. The stamp is new and has never been inked up before, but I’m ashamed to admit that I bought it already back in April when at the Big Stamp & Scrapbooking Show in London. 😳
This is also the first time I’ve been able to bring myself to cut into the lovely ribbon with Magnolia flowers; I bought it over two years ago when on vacation in Malaysia. For the layout of the card, I followed a fab sketch designed by Jane for the current Whiff of Joy Challenge. (See further down in this post).
