The last card I made was using patchwork. For this one, I’ve tried a new technique; paper weaving. I cut thin strips of two different Magnolia papers and wove them together. It was really easy and I love the effect, just not sure how much one can see of the woven panel as the card is stuffed with bellies… 😳 🙂
Unusually I actually don’t know for what occasion I’m going to use this card… However, I did know instantly when I saw that Whiff of Joy’s challenge was a color combo of “Chocolate, Teal and Cream”, that I wanted to take part.
At first I wasn’t sure which WOJ stamp to use, but I finally decided upon this cute “Willow with cookies”, which has only been inked up once before, and I’m ashamed to admit that was 1,5 years ago…
The image is as always colored with Copics and around the edges I stamped with a swirl from Stempelglede. As I only had white heart pins, I airbrushed them with Copics (BG13).
