It’s been a couple of hectic weeks; at first packing and organizing as much as possible before leaving England, then here in the Valley looking for apartments, opening a bank account, applying for a Social Security number, buying a car, getting used to driving in this mad Silicon Valley traffic, having a mail box key made, organizing insurances, sorting out phone and Internet access etc. However; it’s all starting to fall into place and since I as of today have got Internet access at home, I thought I’d show you my 1st card “Made in the US”. 🙂
All our belongings are still in England, waiting to get shipped over, so the only piece of furniture this place has is a bed and at the moment an empty micro wave box serves as my crafting desk. 🙂
This is a long overdue baby card for a colleague who gave birth to a little girl some five or six weeks ago. I finally got to use the pink baby pram ribbon I bought in Germany a year ago. The flower is new; couldn’t resist when I saw the gorgeous flower pack from Recollections at Michael’s last week…
