Spring!

Happy Friday and Happy April’s Fools Day everyone! No joke but yesterday we had 26 degrees.  😆 Hope the sun is shining wherever you are as well! March was a miserable month here in Northern CA; cold and rainy, but now that it’s April, the weather should stabilize. The last couple of days it’s been sunny and warm so Spring has definitely arrived, though yesterday was more like a Swedish Summer Day… 😀

Enough talk of the weather, here’s a Spring (Easter) card I finished yesterday):

I used another stamp from In2Stamp’s February Fairy Release. This one’s called “Fairy Lily Sitting on Flower”.

Though I find it hard to pick a favourite out of the three fairies, if I had to choose, I’d probably go with this one just because I adore her little flower hat and the large wings.

Speaking of the wings; they have been covered with Rock Candy, which I’ve used for the first time.  Love the sparkly effect and the fact that it’s transparent so that the coloring still is visible unlike regular glitter glue, which will cover the areas applied to.
