Circus Side Step Card

Here’s a fun colorful birthday card I’ve made for my Godson’s birthday. I don’t make cards for children very often and don’t have many suitable stamps, I think… If I’d have had my stash here I might have been able to dug out a couple more that I could have incorporated into this side step card (my first ever!), but for now Henry Mouse had to be accompanied by stickers instead. However; we now have a date; our stuff will be delivered on Tuesday. 2 days!!! Tuesday can’t come soon enough!!!

Here are some close ups of the two parts of the card:

The five buttons symbolize that it is his 5th birthday. The balloons were cut out from the design paper and I attached strings of  Baker’s Twine to them, same as I used to sew on the buttons.

Card Ingredients

Stamp: “Henry Celebrating Mouse”, Whiff of Joy
Copics Henry: E59, E57, E55, E51, E50
