Purple for a Change

Hi there,

Purple is a color I don’t tend to use very often. Not because I don’t like it, I definitely do, but I’ve always had difficulties finding purple/lilac DPs. That all changed though when I saw the beautiful papers from Maja Design’s  “Ska vi ta en fika?” collection at the stamp exhibition last weekend… This card is a female birthday card and I might not have used the most suitable stamp (mostly brought Christmas stamps back in my suitcase), but I couldn’t resist taking part in the current Whiff of Joy challenge as they have a great sketch with lots of layers, which I love (see pic further down). 😆

Since the last card I made was a male one and male cards for me means being a bit restrictive with the embellishments, I so to speak let the beast out on this one. 😉
