Moosing Around

Hiya,
Thought I’d show you the card that destroyed this year’s track record of being well prepared and having made cards far in advance of friends & family members’ upcoming birthdays… I do have a few female birthday cards laying around, but since I -like probably most of you-, struggle a bit with male cards it’s definitely not the case that I have a pile of those ready to post…  Shame on me; moosing around (messing about) and not getting the birthday card for my father in law’s 70th birthday ready in time! 😳

I’ve used a Digi called “Fisher Moose” from Meljen’s Designs – he’s great for male cards! I’ve had the image since the beginning of this year (won 4 digital images from Meljen’s over @Kaboodle’s), and now that I’ve found the perfect paper from Make It Crafty that doesn’t get stuck in my printer (thanks for the tip, Bettina), you’ll probably see me using a lot more digis in the near future. Though I just bought two new rubber stamps  😳 I just HAD to have “Chloe” and “Apple Blossom“, designed by Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps… Apple Blossom has already been inked up & colored and will be posted later today…

Anywho, here’s the card:
