Ooops; I’m a day late with my card for the Sketchy Challenges…but here’s the sketch, designed by Kathrin:
…and this is my take on it:
In Sweden we have the expression “Grönt är skönt”, which translated into English means something like Green is pleasant/nice. I couldn’t agree more; this is the second card in a row I’m making, using green and I love it. Especially these gorgeous green-grey Copics hues; I used to have only BG93 and had difficulties finding markers it would match with, but now that I’ve added BG90 and BG96 to my collection, it was soooo much fun!
Midweek Magnolias – #10 Monotone/chrome
Polka Doodles – #19 Monochromatic Shades
Anything Goes – #66 Things with Wings
Paper Sundaes – #120 Things with Wings
Deep Ocean – #25 What a wonderful woman!
The green glittery chipboards I bought ages ago in a craft store; can’t even remember when and where. I had no idea what to use them for when I bought them, but they were on sale, so I couldn’t resist and they turned out to be perfect for this card!!! The Magnolia stamp is close to antique; it’s from the Fairy Collection 2010, but it’s the first time I’ve inked her up. Hehe; everything do come to use. It’s just a matter of time. The other gender simply don’t understand the philosophy of “can be good to have”… 😉
