Yesterday I took a quick break from “project shop” and made my DT card for the Truly Scrumptious’ challenge. Luckily, I had an image that I had coloured previously, so it didn’t take me too long to make my card and I could get back to my admin duties fairly quickly.
For the very same reason, I’ll keep this post short and sweet!
If you’re one of my followers and missed my announcement last week, or if you’re a DT member stopping by on duty and I’ve managed to awaken your curiosity, please see this post.
This fortnight’s theme over at Truly Scrumptious is “Flower Power”. Unfortunately, this will be our last challenge. Though this is sad news, we shouldn’t feel too blue about it; when one door closes, another one usually opens up…
I have used an old Magnolia stamp that I’ve had for probably more than two years, but never inked up before. 😳 Shame on me; this Tilda is such a cutie! Here I’ve combined “Forget Me Not” from one of Pion Design’s older collections (From My Heart II) with “1902” from Maja Design’s latest collection, Vintage Summer Basics.
Stamp: “Tilda with Peony”, Magnolia
Papers: “1902”, Vintage Summer Basics, Maja Design & “Forget Me Not”, From My Heart II, Pion Design
Embellishments: Rose Ribbon & Pins, Maya Road, Resin Corner, Melissa Frances, Doily & Flowers (Stash). Misc.: “Vintage Photo” Distress Ink, “Stardust Stickles”, Ranger.
