LLC September Challenge: Lovely Lace/Terrific Trim

Hi, this is my 2nd post today, well 3rd if you count the Challenge post on the LLC Blog, so I’ll keep this one short and simple. 🙂 This month’s theme is Lovely Lace and/or Terrific Trim, and one lucky random winner will receive a £25 Store Voucher.

Looks like we’re going to have a Shabby Christmas this year, or what do you think?

Yay; today I got to have a little play with the new Pion papers “Silent Night”. They arrived just 2 days ago and still smell so fresh, and I’m soooo in love with them. For this card I used ” Angels Choir” from the 6×6 collection. The image is from Pion’s Fairytale of Winter.

I was also playing around with the Snow-Tex. At first I inked all the edges with Walnut Stain, then I painted some Snow-tex over them and let it dry. Once dry, I used the Tim Holtz Sanding Tool to sand the edges of the snow-tex down. To achieve an even more shabby look, also the papers got a bit of the sanding treatment.

Frankly I’ve had enough of writing blog posts for today, so I’ll just say thanks for visiting and pop the list of all the materials used at the end. 😉
