1st of October today – time flies… It feels like yesterday we turned the calendarpage and it said 1st of September… Autumn has now definitely arrived; the leaves have started to turn, some even fallen off. This month’s theme over at LLC is Autumn Colours and/or Halloween. I chose to go with the Halloween theme as I always enjoy making Halloween cards. This particular holiday seems to invite the child inside of me to come out to play if you know what I mean… 😆
…and played I did…The cute little witch is from WOJ and I reckoned she might be in need of some potion for Halloween. I couldn’t think of any candy small enough to fit into the miniature glass bottle, so what I did is that I coloured some rice corns with Dusty Concord Distress Ink Reinker and then roasted/dried them in the oven…
Sorry; it was difficult to get a good shot of the corns..but you get the idea.
I’d like to enter this card into Craft Us Crazy #27 Halloween Challenge.
Thanks for stopping by; now please go check out the rest of the DT’s amazing creations, as well as two lovely projects by our fab GDTs Chelsea & Alyce.
